I got the idea to do this tag from Bea so thank you Bea for nominating all your readers!
What is your favourite place that you have visited?
This is a hard question because I have been so many beautiful places, but I think my favourite place so far has been the Amalfi Coast in Italy. Because of the height of the coast, the views of the towns and the ocean below are absolutely stunning! It’s right beside the ocean so you can spend the day tanning on the beach, reading a book, and go for a swim in the ocean to cool yourself down. Pompeii is only a train ride away, as is Naples, so you can explore Italy during your time there, and see the famous Pompeii ruins! But the best part has to be the cheap pizza which the Italians themselves are famous for!
If you could visit anywhere tomorrow, where would you go?
I would go to the Netherlands because one of my best friends lives there and since we’ve both been so busy at the moment with school and work, I’ve really been missing her and would love to surprise her one day with a visit.
Would you rather go on a beach or city holiday?
City holiday! I’m someone who likes to be kept occupied at all times so I love the buzz of a city and the number of activities that it offers.
What are your top 3 holiday essentials?
- Sun cream
- A good book
Are you an overpacker or underpacker?
Definitely an overpacker – I like to be prepared for whatever may happen. It is better to be too prepared than not prepared enough!
What is your favourite thing about going on holiday?
The freedom it gives you – you can be whoever you want to be because no one here knows you. You have no cares or worries and can completely relax and pretend the real world doesn’t exist.
What is the most adventurous dish you have ever tried from another country?
I’m a fussy eater so even in other countries, I tend to order what I know I will like to avoid disappointment or wasting food. However, I am trying to expand my palette and try new dishes. I would say snails or frog legs is the most adventurous I have gone so far though.
